Nim Pancholi

Nim is the founder of All About Soft Skills, she is very passionate when it comes to mentoring leaders and leadership team in their soft skills. Soft skills such as effective communication, influencing, negotiation, self-awareness, critical thinking, personality traits and so much more. She makes all these topics very relevant in the world we live in today by taking into consideration the impact global events have had on people and therefore their businesses.

Nim feels fortunate enough to have been exposed to the corporate world for over 17 years. She worked for a top FMCG organisation, Reckitt in the Global Quality Compliance sector. Her responsibility was to ensure these products were safe, regulated and of high quality for customers to take and use. To do this she was faced with the top execs of the business globally, having to tell them the status of products, status of regulatory compliance audits for factories, suppliers and contractors. It was not always good news and we can appreciate leadership teams back in 2002 were very different to what they are today. She was provided a soft skills mentor and has been heavily trained in understanding people which led her into leadership positions.

After leaving the corporate world, Nim realised she has this amazing superpower of people skills which was adaptable to all businesses big or small. This therefore led her to the best journey to date – All About Soft Skills!
